Deniz Güvensoy is a curator, artist, and cultural researcher who explores borders and migration, labor and precarity, care, and the changing conditions of subjectivity under contemporary political and technological regimes.

Her practice approaches curating as a research methodology, bringing together artistic and theoretical perspectives on questions of political visibility, independent and non-institutional cultural production, and social equality. Güvensoy holds a Doctorate in Philosophy from the University of Applied Arts Vienna and a Doctorate of Fine Arts from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Istanbul. She is co-founder and chairwoman of Fabrikraum Kunstverein in Vienna.
